Can I have input during the process? The process is tailored to you. If you want to receive progress reports and give feedback immediately, no problem. If you'd rather save your review process for the end, that's fine too. I'll be as flexible as possible to make sure you get a result you're proud of.

Do I have to pay in advance? For small projects like articles and adverts, you can pay at the end. For a larger project, like a book edit, you may be asked to pay a deposit equivalent to a quarter of the total quoted price, with the remainder due upon completion.
Can I pay in instalments? Of course. I'm always happy to set up a payment schedule that fits your needs.
